The Foundry Ministries, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Auto Center Office Manager. The Auto Center Office Manager is a full-time, non-exempt position with The Foundry Ministries. This position will work cooperatively with all team members and assist in the implementation of the overall enterprise plan. This position requires a team member who promotes and participates in a collegial atmosphere within the enterprise department, works cooperatively with all enterprise team members to help them and the department attain their overall goal. It is the duty of the Auto Center Office Manager to hold to the mission, vision, and core values of The Foundry.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Administrative:

  • Maintain and update inventory of vehicles in Frazier System
  • Prepare Bill of Sale for each vehicle sold
  • Prepare title application for each vehicle sold
  • Schedule and verify donations
  • Dispatch car hauler to procure donations
  • Prepare 1098-C tax documents for donors
  • Bill out automotive costs to appropriate departments
  • Handle payments and create batch reports
  • Will need to be comfortable supervising program participants

Customer Relations/Sales:

  • Answer phones and route calls as needed
  • Respond to and follow up on email request for donations or sales
  • Communicate information about automobiles to interested buyers
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to all customers
  • Maintain and update The Foundry Auto Facebook Page under the guidance of the Marketing Director
  • Market through as many online mediums available, i.e. Craigslist, AutoTrader, FB Marketplace, etc.… under the guidance of the Marketing Director

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency Certificate, or GED

Experience:

  • Experience within automobile industry and/or office management

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automobile sales software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record and must pass The Foundry’s insurance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner
  • Servant leader
  • Quick learner and enjoys the challenge of taking on new assignments
  • Willingness to be a team player
