Description

The Birmingham Children’s Theatre seeks a Director of Operations to helm the administrative duties of the organization. Responsibilities include oversight of all box office and school sales, financial management, human resources, house management, and marketing. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks, demonstrated skills in financial planning and management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Experience with development and capital projects a plus. A Bachelor's Degree is required with a major in Arts Management, Business, or Accounting.
