Triumph Services is seeking a Full-time Employment Program Coordinator to join and coordinate our highly successful Employment Team.  Triumph is nationally recognized as an Effective Model of Employment for Adults with Autism.  The Employment Coordinator will oversee Employment Specialists in partnering with individuals with developmental disabilities to explore job possibilities, apply for positions, master skills after securing employment, and maintain these skills.

Candidates MUST have a Bachelor's Degree in human services or Marketing Field, Master’s Degree Preferred.  At least one-year experience in supported employment..  Position requires the ability to connect with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families AND the ability to connect with  employment partners.
