Description

Triumph is seeking an Executive Director, proficient in operations and processes, who can partner with the Assistant Director (Programs) and Director of External Affairs (Development) to provide Key Leadership for the organization. Triumph’s Founder, Brooke Bowles, has served as Executive Director. Effective May 1, 2018, Brooke will oversee growth and development as the Director of External Affairs.

Triumph Services is the leading model for programming for adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities in Alabama. Triumph, recognized by SEDL, is one of only a few organizations in the country to be considered an “Effective Employment Program for Adults with Autism” (2013). Triumph is in its eleventh year of operation, experiencing significant growth since inception on August 1, 2007. Triumph has a supportive Governing Board, composed of eighteen Leaders in the community including Family Members of Triumph Participants. The salary range for this position is $60,500 to $79,500 based on previous experience and expertise. Candidates will undergo a thorough screening and interviewing process by the Search Committee of the Governing Board.
