King’s Home, a Christ-Centered Ministry in Shelby County, has immediate opening for Human Resource Director. King’s Home provides hope and healing to over 390 children, adolescents and women per year. Applicants should have at least 4 – 5 years experience as Human Resource Manager or Director; superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills levels; demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, ability to multi-task; exceptional organizational skills; develop, implement and maintain HR polices across the organization, along with job descriptions; responsible for all payroll matters; conduct interviews and successfully recruit staff; responsible for all benefits offered; maintaining employee files; directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions.
