Alabama Public Television (APT) Birmingham, AL office has a full-time position available in our Membership and Pledge Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to member services and correspondence, live chat, database management and integrity, daily membership contribution postings from various contribution sources, charge backs, matching gifts management, pulling data files and providing a variety of reports, pledge duties as assigned, and monthly billings.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED, continuing college or technical school education with course work in computer science, business, data processing, office management or related field. Excellent information technology (IT) skills and working knowledge of databases, minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training with large membership database organization, bank or other financial institution, Microsoft Office experience, task oriented with excellent organizational, data entry, customer service and communications (oral and written) skills.
