Lead Teacher- Hand in Hand Early Learning Program

Monday – Friday; 7:00-4:00; Benefits Eligible

The Lead Teacher is responsible for the delivery and coordination of program activities for each child in his/her classroom.  The Lead Teacher works closely with other team members in designing each child’s program and in monitoring progress.  In addition, the Lead Teacher participates fully on the multidisciplinary team, assisting in decisions regarding individual children and program direction.

Education &/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field preferred; minimum Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience working with young children in a child care setting, preferably with children with disabilities
